We are consolidators for airline tickets to Africa, Israel and the Middle East and specialists for custom safaris in Southern Africa and East Africa and for private tours in Egypt.

  • Listed fares are round-trip unless stated otherwise exclusive of government imposed taxes, airport fees and security fees which can be expected to range from $250 to $750 per round trip ticket for international tickets depending upon routing.
  • Fares are representative.  Departures from most major U.S. cities and to most international destinations are generally available for proportionately comparable prices.
  • Contact us for open jaws, one way, and mixtures of destinations.
  • IMPORTANT - refer to explanations, terms and conditions for discount and consolidator fares before purchasing tickets.
    • All tickets provided by Cape to Cairo have a minimum cancellation fees of $75 per ticket in addition to any airline cancellation penalties which may be as much as an additional $300
    • Many airline tickets are nonrefundable.
    • In order to receive any refund, reservations must be canceled and  at least 24 hrs prior to travel
    • Rebooking of refundable tickets will involve penalties of up to $375, and may require purchase of new ticket with refund on the old ticket handled separately
    • Failure to cancel, no shows, and partially used tickets are subject to complete forfeiture
    • Fare quotes and reservations are believed accurate at the time sent, but fares and bookings are only confirmed at the time tickets are issued.

Notes:
(1) Seasonal dates are approximate and vary from airline to airline.
(2)  Fares are exclusive of airport departure taxes and fees.

(5)  Weekend surcharges for Friday / Saturday / Sunday travel may apply to certain airlines and routings.
(6) Visas and passports - you are responsible to ensure that all travel documentation is in order prior to departure.  Passports must generally be valid for 6 months after your planned return date and you must have enough pages in your passport for visas and entry and exit stamps (usually one page per country per entry).  Tickets cannot be refunded or changed because of failure to get necessary travel documentation.
